Program offers foster care for soldiers' pets while overseas

For some soldiers, they must leave behind their pets upon deployment and many of the animals end up in the pound. A program in Killeen is changing the situation.

Dexter is a fun-loving miniature schnauzer whose owner had to give him up last March when First Cavalry Specialist Ellen Terry deployed to Iraq. But luckily for Terry and Dexter, they'll be reunited in a couple of months when Terry returns from duty.
